Due to hygienic reasons with jewelry, I don’t accept returns. (Personally, I wouldn’t want a pair of earrings that someone else wore or could have worn.) However, I will be willing to send you replacements if your item was significantly damaged somehow in the mailing process. However, if they are damaged or broken due to some other event, I will not offer a replacement. Please do not intentionally bend or twist them. Do not carry them in your purse or bag without first placing them in a jewelry box that will protect them. While they are durable, they are not indestructible. Please let me know if you have any other issues with your order, including adverse reactions to metals used. I want to help you as best as I can.
Please be understanding and know that it isn’t my fault if something breaks. I’m willing to repair your pieces for you if this happens to you within two weeks of purchase, unless they were broken due to carelessness or other circumstance (refer to previous paragraph). For example, if a necklace clasp/end comes off, or an earring hook comes loose, etc., I will fix it once for you free of charge, as that was likely due to my mistake during assembly. Contact me prior, and then you can send or bring me the item you purchased and I will repair it.
